Tips for saving energy in your kitchen
Put the lid on your pans when cooking. This keeps more heat in and uses less energy.
Avoid overfilling the kettle. Only boil the amount you need to use.
Fill the dishwasher. Get the most out of the wash cycle.
Wash your clothes on shorter and/or cooler cycles (30° or lower), making sure to put a full load on.
Fill your fridge as much as possible. The fuller it is, the less energy it takes to keep cool.
Keep your appliances clean (e.g. kettle, air fryer, oven). This helps them run more efficiently.
If you can, upgrade your appliences to newer models, they're often more energy-efficient (e.g. dishwasher).

Bathroom
Tips for saving energy in your bathroom
Don't leave your tap running if you don't need to (e.g. while you're brushing your teeth).
Take shorter showers. Using less water saves energy.
Swap baths for showers where possible. Showers use a lot less water.
Fix drips. Even small leaks can make a difference.
Change your shower head. Water-efficient shower heads manage water flow so less water is wasted.

Living Room
Tips for saving energy in your living room
Remember to switch lights off. Leaving lights on unnecessarily adds up.
Switch to more energy-efficient light bulbs. You can find out more on the Energy Saving Trust's website.
Let heat circulate. Move furniture away from radiators, and move curtains out of the way of radiators.
Close curtains at night. This prevents heat from escaping.
Bleed your radiators regularly. This helps to keep them running efficiently.
Don't leave devices on standby. E.g. TV, speakers, game consoles. These are known as vampire devices.
